As for Superman, imo, they should reintroduce him in a more realistic light, and then, in order to make the 'dark' movie that they seem to desire, all they would need to do is make "Superman vs Doomsday". It was one of, if not the best selling/most popular comics of all time. If done correctly, it could be absolutely amazing. As cool as superman is, there is no suspense ever, since he is more or less invincible....but not against doomsday. They seem to be moving in the right direction.
