This is a fantastic video of Ron Howard talking about the upcoming election. This is the best! He dresses up as 8 year old Opie and talks to Sheriff Andy about voting in a little recreation of the ‘Andy Griffith Show’. Then he hits up ‘Happy Days’ to talk to the Fonz (Henry Winkler). This is one one of the coolest things I have seen! Check out the video below from Funnyordie. Ron Howard is awesome.

The cantaloupe song brings back memories about a decade back. One thing about Obama: if elected and the going gets tough, will his team have a new claim to blame the previous presidency, and tread water, rather than actually contribute an improvement?
Why the hell did they cancel Arrested Development? I loved that show. Ron Howard is a good Director and a funny guy. Does he know crap about politics? Does he know anything about world affairs, global finances? I don’t know. I think Boosh is a dingus but I don’t love Obama either really. I’m voting for Ron Paul. Let’s all do that. Send Washington a message by electing a guy THEY don’t like.

Yeah, right, Ron Paul: the lunatic who thinks there is a “war on religion” conducted by the “elite, secular Left” and that the Constitution is “replete with references to God”.
I’ll take Obama, the guy who actually taught constitutional law, over that bozo Paul any day.
Hey Jeffrey, when Obama voted for FISA and gutted our 4th amendment rights after telling us he’d filibuster the bill, what did you think of that? I felt like a bozo, myself, for ever allowing myself to believe he really cared about the Constitution. It turns out teaching Constitutional law doesn’t mean much when you get to Washington.
Keith: I didn’t like Obama’s FISA vote one bit.
But there’s a difference between holding factually wrong beliefs about something (Ron Paul thinks the Constitution is “replete with references to God” when it isn’t) and voting for a bill because you think it’s the best you can get under the circumstances. The former indicates serious mental delusion; the second is a political calculation — mistaken, in my opinion, but still a calculation. I’m optimistic that once the Dems control both houses, we’ll be rid of FISA in short order.

Hey, To all 300,000 Americans who are entitled to vote I do hope you make the right decision, get away from the Hollywood drama within politics and take it back to what it used to be.America was well governed back in the days of Ronald Regan, yes he had his downside but America thrived back then, now you have Bush doing deals with other countries which is ruining employment in the US, look what he has done with oil!!
Time to have a good hard look at where you are going, you wont get a second chance.
I just think Ron Howard should have made his statement as Ron Howard and not brought three classic TV show characters into his politics.
What a bunch of dopes. Whatever you think about Bush is irrelevant. Obama has absolutely no track record besides his associations. All of them Marxist/Socialist America haters. I don’t know if Obama is those things (he won’t say what he believes). But, he is clearly the most liberal candidate ever for President. His goal is to turn this country into France, a big union, fascist, nanny state.
Also, regarding the Constitution being replete with references to God, it is. Remember that there were specific legal terms used in all of the documents at the time i.e. “Providence” refers to God.
It’s sad that there are so many frightened, freaked out, closet racists out there. Thanks Ron Howard for reaching out to those that have a such a hard time comprehending that a man of color is not only qualified to be our next commander in chief…he’ll probably do a better job of it than any president in history because he cares, has common sense, is more educated and well spoken than ANY candidate in the last 16 years or so. Also, he knows that he has so much to prove. I hope Martin Luther King is his angel and he has huge, beautiful wings wrapped around him protecting him from all of the bigots, white supremists and ku klux klan members out there. God Bless Obama and God Bless America! The land of the FREE and the home of the BRAVE!
