“You brought them into this world… Now… They will take you out!”

Yeah. Um. Honestly this trailer is pretty distrubing. I know when you think of kids turing on their parents the first movie that pops in your head is ‘Children of the Corn’. This movie seems a bit more frietening. All the kids are really young, it is more grounded in reality, and it starts out with rainbows and sunshine. Most of us have seen kids throw temper tantrums, hell at one point in our lives we threw them ourselves! But, not to the point where killing the parents come into play. This is what happens when kids snap. They are not strong so they can’t overtake a person physically so they have to be manipulative little shits.

The Children was directed by Tom Shankland and is about a relaxing Christmas vacation that turns into a terrifying fight for survival as the children begin to turn on their parents. Looks like someone actually got the whole evil kids thing right.
