Full ‘Friday the 13th’ Trailer

Venkman here with the new ‘Friday the 13th’ trailer. You all know how I feel about the movie. I will see it, but this new trailer still does not sell me on it. At the same time there is nothing wrong about watching a movie killing off a bunch of kids from The OC. What do you think?

    You should stop ending your posts “What do you think?” because it tends to be followed by a tirade from me. I can’t believe that Jared Padalecki is in this movie. :| I’m not sure if that adds sway for me or takes away from it.

    I still remember the first time i watched Halloween, and Nightmare on Elm St, back when Horror and slasher were the same thing and the amount of screaming from fear was equal to the amount of tits and blood on the screen. Now a slasher flick is gornography in the guise of arthouse horror and horror is an endangered species on the border of extinction.

    I’ll go and watch this, if for nothing else but for fodder (and i’m a little bit of a Jared Padalecki fangirl) but again, this is one of those movies where the original is the bar and since it’s kinda high, it’s really hard to get over. (so they should stop trying *hinthint*)
