Here is is in all his Toy glory. I know! Awful right! Why did they do this to him?! What did the do to him? That is not Cobra Commander. That right there is just a terrible design for a villain. I am not liking Steven Sommers right now.

Is it just me or does this look like it was patterned off of the same mask design for Jason in Friday the 13th Part 10 Jason X?

    Cobra Commander should have been the one thing they did right for the movie.
    His costume and mask aren’t difficult to make,they look awesome,and they have twenty years of nostalgic value. What were they thinking “updating” him?
    Hell,this isn’t even an update.
    This is a complete and unnecessary redesign!

    Why couldn’t they have just done the Cobra Commander hood? That seems infinitely easier and cost effective and it was actually in the cartoons.
