"First of all how sad is it that the set for the show was destroyed!? They could have sold it off piece by piece on E-Bay or something."

That's what's just happening right now. Big live auction happened back in January, another big one coming up in May, inbetween MASSIVE amounts of items on Ebay.

Google Propworx and you'll find your way into the beauty of prop auctions!

Cheers

I loved the BSG Miniseries. I hated the ending. It was just derivative of the last two years. So much character development that the writers and producers forgot about the fun, cool stuff. Drama is great when it leads to butt-kicking action. Not, drama, drama, drama, then show the aftermaths of the cool stuff, drama, drama, and more drama. Can I get my last 4 years of BSG watching back. I'll just pretend the mini-series was made and that's it.

I'm glad they didn't turn Ellen. I like the idea, that, when Ellen learned she was one of the final five, she kinda transended the petty human emotions that sometimes rule us. Of course as soon as she did come back she was playing mind games with Six and Tigh after learing Six was pregnant, but she eventually (for lack of a better term) got over it.

"Secondaries should never get a bigger story than Leads."

What, like Fonzie? Or Bodie Broadus?

Not to mention that Tigh and Ellen are, arguably, secondary characters who just got more important in the last season. Secondaries should never get a bigger story than Leads.

I was never a big fan of the series, but I adore Baltar, and was very satisfied with both his redemption and his getting together with Six. I also rather enjoyed the concept of a God that's not perfect or entirely benign who keeps trying the same experiment over and over, like a painter who keeps repainting the same piece until satisfied.
