STAR TREK New Awesomely Full Trailer
Last night I got a chance to see this new ‘Star Trek‘ trailer in all it’s IMAX glory before ‘Watchmen’ started, and let me tell you it was quite a treat! This is the third trailer for J.J. Abrams new Star Trek movie and I have not been disappointed in anything I have seen. This movie is going to be flat out incredible. When James T. Kirk takes the captains chair for the first time you can’t help but just geek out. This trailer is the most action packed trailer yet, full of sweet ass space battles mostly between the Enterprise and Nero’s ship. You also get to see what it looks like when a entire planet implodes. This trailer is awesome and Abrams new ‘Star Trek’ film is going to be a huge hit! This is my next most anticipated movie for the year, and I can’t wait to see it!
Check out the trailer and let us know what you think!

How awesome it is is measured purely by the fact that when asked I would always say I preferred Star Wars to Star Trek by a mile. Trek just always felt a little dry, and a little TOO sci-fi.
But the trailers for this film have been so soaked in character reveals that it’s got me thinking this might be the one that converts me over.
Only shame is how this trailer may have just shown us every major shot and action sequence in the movie! Why do studios have to give it all away thinking that’s the only way they’ll get it into the cinema?!
The glory days of Star Trek are over. They ended with season 10 of Next Generation. Deep Space nine was OK, but then they turned sci-fi into sappy sitcom and lost a lot of us in transition. And don’t even get me started on the new “Original” Enterprise crew nightmare. This new movie is a big mistake. No one wants to take their kids to a rated R Star Trek movie for one. Secondly all the new faces hold no memories, no life. They’re just new Hollywood pop stars with prior sci-fi experience. Pooling stars from Heroes, X-Men, and brand new faces into the Star Trek melting pot just isn’t working for me or anyone I know. But that’s just Hollywood. “You kill the one you love,” and boy did we love you Star Trek. Now theyre just using the title and character names to promote their new stars and slap a cheap new plastic face onto a priceless antique clock.
For the sake of all true Star Trek fans out there, I hope the movie flops so badly that its producers never recover.
Uhura, set your phaser to shut up and wait until you’ve at least seen the thing, please. A new interpretation of a beloved franchise does not refute the existence of all that came before it. If anything, it may actually drive those who weren’t into the previous Star Trek series back to check out it’s rich history. There’s one simple thing you can do if you think the movie is horrible before you’ve even watched it.
Don’t go.
Anything more than that, including wishing ill on the people who are trying to revive your precious franchise for another audience, only adds more to the stigma of an obsessed and disconnected fanbase.
Some Star Trek fans are so funny. Here there is a group of people who take the big molest for revive this zombie franchise, and what do you say? “hope the movie flops so badly that its producers never recover.” This is the biggest stupidity that could come from a “fan” of the series. You most be on your knees and pray to God that this movie works, because if not, this could be the last journey of the Enterprise.
The movie looks good. Let’s see in May.
