		<description>Well... i guess they have problems finding a good director that will just be an &quot;executing&quot; Director and has no real saying on screenplay, direction etc... of the movie.

All A-list directors wanna have control over the movie, Ratner is the typical dude that get things done according to plan, no matter how bad the plan is (X-Men 3).

The company deciding on him to be Director is not Lionsgate, because they are only distributor. The production company is Millenium Films aka Nu Image and they decide on who will be the director. This just increases the problematic, as they are pretty small and low profile... makes it even harder to get a good director to apply.

Lets hope all turns out for the best *hoping*</description>
