Are you ready for a Sequel to The Da Vinci Code and Angel’s & Demons

Columbia Pictures is already prepping for the film ‘Angel’s & Demons’ to be a success, because they have already got the ball rolling on a third film for the Dan Brown franchise called ‘The Lost Symbol’. The book won’t even be published until September 15th of this year, but the studio wants to get a head start.
I’m sure they will want to get the whole gang back together again to tell the adventures of Robert Langdon. This guy is just always at the right place at the right time. There is not a lot of information that has been released on the story of this new novel but rumor has it could be about Freemasons and the role they play in Washington D.C. Apparently Brown is obsessed with the Freemasons and has be to Washington D.C. several times researching Masonic Temples.
‘Angel’s & Demons’ looks like it is going to be a much better film than ‘The Da Vinci Code’, if it is just as successful or more then I’m sure everyone like Tom Hanks and Ron Howard would be happy to return and make a third film. I know ‘Angel’s & Demons’ hasn’t even come out yet but are you excited about this third movie?

I’m constantly ranting about these movies!!! I hated the Da Vinci code with a fiery passion that can only be compared to the fires in the pit of hell. And something tells me I’m going to feel exactly the same way about Angels & Demons. I’m not even sure i can bring myself to ruin/sully/stain the part of my heart where i hold this book.
As my favorite Dan Brown book i was disgusted (As i have mentioned numerous times before) that they recast Tom Hanks (Looking older) to again play Langdon (Since i wasn’t convinced he should have been given the part in the first place) and of course I have no doubt that they think they’ve found a winning combination and will again cast Tom Hanks to ruin this character.
Chances are I will end up watching this movie – but something tells me it’s just going to make me mad all over again!!
So you have reservations about casting Tom Hanks in this role?
