Full Trailer for Chan Wook Park’s Vampire Film THIRST

I love a good vampire movie and it looks like we have yet another. The last great vampire film to be released was Twilight, JUST KIDDING! Golly gee can’t you take a joke? Seriously one of the best vampire movies I have seen in a long time ‘Let the Right One In’. ‘Thirst’ was directed by Chan Wook Park who also directed the hit badass Korean film ‘Oldboy’. We showed you a teaser trailer for the film last month and the movie is about a beloved and devoted priest from a small town who volunteers for a medical experiment which fails and turns him into a vampire. Physical and psychological changes lead to his affair with a wife of his childhood friend who is repressed and tired of her mundane life. The one-time priest falls deeper in despair and depravity. As things turns for the worse, he struggles to maintain what’s left of his humanity.

I think the movie is going to be pretty good. What do you think? Check out the full two minute trailer below! Also it all in Korean.

Affenheim Theater is the site that found the trailer, but I found that site through out friends at /Film
