Hopefully it won't be a Ray Harrihausen puppet Spider Monster this time. A bit skeptical about how they're gonna fit it in to one movie though. Dreamcatcher didn't translate that well, even though the book was good and just as far out there as any of them. Beep Beep Richie, I know, I know, opinions are like screenplays, everyone has one. However, I remember that book actually causing nightmares the first time I read it, up until the point that they decided that both in the past and the present, that the only way to get away from Pennywise was to bang that chick! They kinda left that out of the TV movie, go figure. Anyway, King's books always rule up until the end, and then we get that weird WTF ending (The Stand, Dark Tower, Rose Madder, Needful Things, Desperation, etc) Although I do like the "darkened" movie ending on The Mist, that was fun. In a morbid way, but hey, My name's Darth Psycho, and I'm a King fan, so it's okay to enjoy a completely entertaining gruesome ending. I hope that they'll do a good job with It.
