Here is a new promo trailer for season 2 of HBO’s vampire series True Blood. I watch the first season and it ended up being much better than what i thought it would be. The first couple episodes were a little sketchy, but the more I watched it the more I got into and started enjoying it.
So here is your first real look at all the characters from the show in season 2, along with a clip for the show. The song that goes along with the promo is called ‘Beyond Here Lies Nothin’ sung by Bob Dylan. Not sure if this song will replace the original song in opening sequence of the show ‘Bad Things’ by Jace Everett.

Big fan of both the books and the TV show, i love the direction Alan Ball is taking my favorite characters and yet pleased that he’s staying true to the main vein of the content.
The first time i saw that poster on Trueblood.net i couldn’t see the faces! when they posted it on facebook last week i FINALLY saw the two people!! I love the little promo and i can’t wait for June!! Bring on the new season!!

I don’t actually remember exactly what happened with all of those characters at the end of last season, but I don’t care – that trailer was great! Totally captures the feel of the show.
I hope they don’t change the opening sequence, it’s possibly the best ever made, and I feel like it always sets the mood for the episodes very well – gets me in the ‘True Blood’ mindzone xD
I cannot wait for june, both the promo and the first look give me goosebumps of antecipation!

If they do decide to change the title sequence, they better have Digital Kitchen do it again. They did a wonderfully creepy job the first time around.
