Face has Been Cast in THE A-TEAM Movie

The cast of the new A-Team movie is assembling. The first casting announcement we heard was that Common would play B.A. Baracus and now we have casting news on who will be the face of Face in the movie. Bradley Cooper has been cast as Lt. Templeton “Faceman” Peck. It has not been officially announced, but it seems like he had is first lesson on how awesome the power of the internet is. This is what went down with the guys over at IESB.

IESB asked Bradley Cooper point blank if he was excited about playing Faceman in The A-Team. His reaction? A mixture of surprise and astonishment – “That’s out already!?”

Following some laughter and excitement, he continued, “Wow. Yeah…its Joe Carnahan’s. It’s very interesting. It’ll be cool. It will be cool see what…He’ll make a great movie out of it.”

He was totally taken off gaurd! Right after “his people” quickly escorted him away from the interview. It was recently rumored that he would possibly play The Green Lantern  but that rumor was shot down. 

I think Cooper is perfect for the role of Face. He stars in the upcoming comedy ‘The Hangover’. He also played the evil fiance in ‘Wedding Crashers’. ‘Smokin’ Aces’ director Joe Carnahan is developing the project, so we know it is going to have a crazy amount of cool action in it, how good the script will be is a different story. Actor Chris Pine actually said that he and the director have talked about playing a role in the movie, if he does get cast he would play Murdock. 

So what do you all think about the A-Team casting decisions so far? Who would you like to see play Murdock or Hannible?

    ANYONE WHO HAS TRULY LOVED THE A-TEAM KNOWS THAT ICE CUBE (OSHEA JACKSON) WOULD MAKE THE BEST B.A BARACA, AND FOR MURDOCK I WOULD USE WALTER GOGGINS FROM THE TV SHOW THE SHIELD AS FOR THE OTHER TWO ??????????????????????????????????????????????????
