Marvel Has Cast LOKI in the Thor Film

Last we we reported that Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige and Thor Director Kenneth Branagh cast the guy who will become Thor Chris Hemsworth., which I thought was a great casting decision. Now to do we got word that they have cast the villain Loki in the movie. Thor’s younger Evil adopted brother Loki will be played by Tom Hiddleston.
Hiddleston was one of the guys rumored to play Thor. Apparently he was on a different list character list that got mixed up with the Thor list. Josh Hartnett was pushing for the role but I guess it didn’t really work out for him. I have no idea who Tom Hiddleston is. I have never seen anything he has been in, but he is a British Actor who has close ties with the director Kenneth Branagh. He stars along side him on the BBC miniseries ‘Wallander’.
Since I haven’t seen anything I can’t say whether this is a good thing or a bad thing. What I can go off of is the way he looks and he does have that creepy evil vibe in his eyes. If you do know anything more about this actor fill me in! What do you think about him being cast as Loki?

This guy is cool. Very good actor from the UK. Seen a few of his works from there and if the script is right, he just might pull this off!

Coming this Summer, a Gilderoy Lockhart film based on Marvel’s least popular Avenger, the one whose story doesn’t seem to fit in with the others. Starring some guy who was in Star Trek for five minutes and another guy you’ve never heard of….THOR!

i am at a loss as to why some marvel characters excel and others take a massive dump. who slept with who to continue the punisher nightmare, elektra, ghost rider, daredevil. yet you can get spiderman, hulk 2, iron man, blade. sure some are not on the same level but they made the transformation from comic to movie decently. whatever – ill go see it.
Theres going to be a thor movie??? Lame!!! Why not make a crash test dummy's movie i think i can be more interesting dont get me wrong Thor suck's……but hey his got a cool hammer so ill c that movie….
