The CGI animated movie ‘9′ looks incredible. I was sold on the first trailer that had come out for the movie but this new trailer is fan-freakin-tastic! I am so bloody excited about this movie I can hardly contain myself! The film just looks simply amazing.
G4’s Attack of the Show had the opportunity to share this new trailer. ‘9′ was directed by Shane Acker and is being produced by Tim Burton and Timur Bekmambetov. The movie looks like a action packed fresh and original story.
“When 9 first comes to life, he finds himself in a post-apocalyptic world. All humans are gone, and it is only by chance that he discovers a small community of others like him taking refuge from fearsome machines that roam the earth intent on their extinction. Despite being the neophyte of the group, 9 convinces the others that hiding will do them no good. They must take the offensive if they are to survive, and they must discover why the machines want to destroy them in the first place. As they’ll soon come to learn, the very future of civilization may depend on them.”
I love Pixar as much as the next person but I am always down for some fresh new talent to enter the scene and give Pixar a run for their money. This movie may be darker than the Pixar movies but it looks just as good.
The film has also got a great cast of voices which include, Elijah Wood, Christopher Plummer, Martin Landau, John C. Reilly, Crispin Glover, and Jennifer Connelly.

I'm really psyched for this movie and I don't usually like things like this.
Plus, if it's got Timur Bekmambetov's name on it, I'll give it a shot.
