Teaser Poster and Story Details for the new Bruce Willis Horror Movie GRIMM

grimm-marked

It looks like Bruce Willis is going to play the lead role in a new horror movie called ‘Grimm’ which is being directed by the guy that made ‘Resident Evil: Extinction’ Russell Mulcahy. They two talents seem to make a good match-up for a movie. Thanks to Shock till you drop we have a Story synopsis for the movie to go along with this article.

Marburg, Massachusetts, USA – Teenager Katie O’Sullivan goes to a new babysitting job. Instead of a regular family, she encounters ghostly twins Henry and Grace and a terrifying apparition that drags her off towards a sinister tower. She is never seen again.

Soon afterwards, Pat Quinn and his family move to the seemingly idyllic town, where he is the new Police Chief. His second wife Ella has two daughters from her first marriage and Quinn has a daughter, Megan, and son, John, from his. On their very first evening John encounters the strange twins, as well as a huge frog, which he brings back to the house. Quinn makes him take it back to the pond where he found it, but that night a wet, naked young man forces his way into the house and Megan’s bedroom. He vanishes before Quinn sees him, leaving behind a slimy trail. From this moment on, Megan and John notice strange things and people in the town, but when they talk about them, nobody believes them. Only Professor Kurland, who approaches Quinn to show him pictures of Katie and two other teenagers who went missing at the same time, thinks they’re telling the truth. He warns Quinn that bad things happen to youngsters in this town.

One day, Megan and her best friend Ruth go to visit Ruth’s grandmother. A wolf-like creature attacks them, having already savaged the grandmother. Ruth is torn limb from limb and Megan barely escapes with her life. As mysterious and frightening happenings occur one after the other, Quinn starts to believe there may be sinister forces at work in Marburg, but will he discover who or what is behind it all in time to save his family?

Yeah, I would say sinister forces are messing around with these people. As for the Twins in the movie, every horror movie needs at least one set of twins. I assume Willis will play Pat Quinn. Seems like a typical Hollywood horror movie. Let wait and see how this think ends up. Care to share your thoughts?

Ok here we go…Bruce Willis playing a cop???
It's soo been done over and over again…Like in: 16 Blocks, Sin City,Die Hard, Hostage, Unbreakable well that last one he was a rent a cop but yet still a cop kinda i guess but really what does a rent a cop do?….Just stand around and call the real cops?..Its like that beer that's non-alcoholic beer…anyways Bruce Wills is John McClane and John McClane Kick's mayor a$$ so his cool in my book….

Bruce Willis is good at playing the cop – =D it's cause though he's older now he still LOOKS and can ACT badass =D. The story doesn't seem that great to me. But I'll be honest, I'll probably watch it for Bruce. We'll see how the previews turn out. Or maybe I'm just tired LOL, and the synopsis isn't seeming interesting because of sleep deprivation. Either way – Bruce generally has great taste in movies so it SHOULD be good ;D
PS. I did say GENERALLY lol not ALL bruce movies have been great

Sounds like each of the apparitions are part of a different fairy tale – rapunzel (girl in tower), frog prince, red riding hood (wolf eats grandma), tho the twins have me stumped…. unless they represent the brothers Grimm… were they twins?… hmmm… if they were, I think I've worked it all out… excellent, just saved myself 15 bucks!!

And Marburg, Mass there's a Marburg, Germany where the Brothers Grimm grew up, but they weren't born there, they were born in a smaller town but not too far away.
