2 Video Clips from the New Sci-Fi TV show ‘V’

As you know ABC is in the process of developing the new TV show ‘V’ based on the 1980’s sci-fi series that was a huge hit. I was never big on the idea of remaking this TV show. I loved the original series for what it was, and I just didn’t think this new show would capture the awesomeness that the original was. The series is planned to go on for four seasons.
Now here we have our first look at two video clips from the new show ‘V’. These two clips sure didn’t sell me on it. I will watch the show to give it a chance and if it grabs me, I’m obviously in. I hope it turns out to be a great show! After you watch the video clips let us know what you think about it.
In this first clip the Alien leader addresses the world on one of the largest HD screens ever seen. At the end of her little speech the people actually start a slow clap that will build into a massive applause.

The second clip features Scott Wolf has he is about to begin an interview the Aliens leader. She want’s nothing negative brought up in the interview.

Eh, I dunno. The first clip didn't wow me, the second one was a little more interesting. I'll probably give it a chance based on the fact Morena Baccarin's in it and I'm a Browncoat.
Boring. I want to see me some lizards.
i want to see more interspecies minglings – i want full throw down lizard on human and vice versa. you gotta have the half breed lizard human girl in the end saving the world and freddie krueger running around eating mice. sssssss! sssssssss! and spit that green shit! oh, i could go on and on.
I'm intrigued by these clips, especially the second one. When I first heard they were remaking "V" I figured it was more lazy network attempts at rehashing old content for quick bucks. It's great to see Morena Baccarin again. In the second clip, she's doing a pretty good job of serene menace. I will have to give this a chance when it airs. ABC is probably hoping for their own Battlestar Galactica experience. Good luck with that…
I know I'm going to sound like a total geek, but the second clip reminds of the most recent issue of Deadpool in which Norman Osborn gives his interviewer a list of questions for her to ask him.
hmmm…… not really that excited… guess I have to use my 3 ep rule – if I'm still disinterested by the 3rd ep, I wash my hands of thee…
Meh. Could be interesting, but these clips just aren't doing it for me. I hope it turns out to be better than this though, with all of the shows ending and getting canceled, I need some new TV.
I'm scared this is not a good idea at all…But im actually really scared the type of scared that you get when some intruder breaks into your house and has a hammer in his hand…and his looking at you….and your looking at him and what scares you is not the hammer he used to break into but that he has a metal claw and one huge red glowing eye…But they did a great job with Battlestar Galactica its one hell of a great show…..so will see…
