    I have never seen the animated series before so will be interesting to see if one can come with no knowledge of the franchise and get the movie, or if its all going to make more sense if one has seen the cartoon. I like Shyamalan, but The Happening was dire. Just hoping that by veering into adapted material he gets his mojo back.
