It's not really about how stupid HE can act. But rather how easily other people will go along with ludacris behavior, say what they're really thinking, or go against what they believe for the sake of being on camera. The biggest controversy for "Borat" wasn't that he was completely misrepresenting the people of Khazikstan. It was the racist comments those two frat idiots made in the film that created the biggest headlines. That's what I love most about Cohen's characters (Ali G, Borat, Bruno).
