First Look of Dakota Fanning as Jane in NEW MOON

This one’s for all those Twilight heads out there. This is the first look and behind the scenes photo of Dakota Fanning as Jane in the next chapter of the Twilight saga ‘New Moon’. So you tell me because I have no idea, does she fit the character she is playing? Do you like the look that they gave her? She looks like a pale badly dressed vampire to me.
Film Synopsis: After Bella recovers from the vampire attack that almost claimed her life, she looks to celebrate her birthday with Edward and his family. However, a minor accident during the festivities results in Bella’s blood being shed, a sight that proves too intense for the Cullens, who decide to leave the town of Forks, Washington for Bella and Edward’s sake. Initially heartbroken, Bella finds a form of comfort in reckless living, as well as an even-closer friendship with Jacob Black. Danger in different forms awaits.

Yeah, I think she's a good fit. I did as soon as I heard she was being considered. But in this pic, I think they made her look like a dorky young vampire. In the book, she is young, but also extremely beautiful and striking. I would have expected long flowing hair and a black stylish Vera Wang or something. She looks a little silly here, but who knows what kind of adjustments they'll make? She's a good actress, so at least there's that.
Her hair is done up in such a way that it would be concealed under a wig. I wouldn't be surprised if it's not how she appears in the film.
She's perfect for the role! If but a little tall for how Jane should be.
Honestly that Film Synopsis is bugging me cos of something I saw in an interview with RPattz a few weeks back, but we'll wait and see.
Dakota is perfect for the role and I can't wait to see her in action. She might actually make up for the Edward crap in this movie. I just wish they'd go more along the lines of the book, than to cater to the "omg!Edward" fans! *sigh*
Yeeeeeaaahhh i get that shes supposed to be a child vampire but she wouldnt be wearing white tights and black slippers- i dont care who youare, thats hideous. no vampire living in italy would be caught dead in that. she should be wearing like an awesome black trench coat or something. but whatev.
