The King of Pop died today of cardiac arrest in a Los Angeles Hospital. According to his brother Randy Jackson, he was admitted to the hospital on Thursday after collapsing in his West Los Angeles Home. Michael Jackson had a long and illustrious career spanning over four decades. We will update you with further news as it comes.

There has been a lot of confusion over the last hour on whether or not Michael Jackson is dead or not. I wanted to wait for a confirmation before I posted anything, but that confirmation has now hit the web via The LA Times that Michael Jackson has in fact died.
Pop star Michael Jackson was pronounced dead by doctors this afternoon after arriving at a hospital in a deep coma, city and law enforcement sources told The Times.
He leaves behind three young children.
This has been an incredibly sad last couple of days with both Ed McMahon and Farrah Fawcett passing away as well.
I am a product of the 80’s I used to listen to Michael Jackson all the time growing up. I loved the guys music and how can you forget his classic films such as Disney’s ‘Captain EO’ and ‘Moonwalker’. The guy truly was an icon of the 80’s generation. It is really sad to see his life end like this in a downward spiral.
This is shocking news and I admit that I am sad. And out of all the days in the year, it had to happen on my birthday.

if a guy broke into your house and raped your son, then sang and danced, would that make up for the sexual abuse? He raped the kid from home alone for crying out loud!
Yeah…he was a creepy motherf**ker with way too many issues but he is a musical legend and I guess this is one of those weird circumstances where respect and mourning mingle with that feeling you get right after you wipe the remains of that cobweb you just walked into off your face.

nobody knows if in fact he did the things that he was accused of, but all that rests with him now. we should let him just rest in peace. he brought joy to millions and shaped lives forever with his positive lyrics.
