First Art from Zack Snyder’s SUCKER PUNCH

Here is the first visual look we have of Zack Snyder’s next film, Sucker Punch. The art is off of a t-shirt that was handed out during the Watchmen Directors Cut viewing last night at Comic-Con.

It’s a pretty cool and wild design. If you don’t already know Sucker Punch is an original idea from director Zack Snyder, about a young girl who is institutionalized by her stepfather in the 1950’s. While in the insane asylum she retreats into her own head creating an alternate reality in which she comes up with a very brutal and violent escape from the institution. Emily Browning stars as Baby Doll and is joined by Abbie Cornish, Jamie Chung, Jena Malone, and Vanessa Hudgens.

I assume that the girl in the picture is of Emily Browning’s character Baby Doll. If looks like she has got a lot of stuff on her mind. That cluster of images coming out of her head, I assume, represents all of the thoughts going on in her head, which includes a samurai sword, and several other things. I’m excited to see what this movie actually becomes, but, it is going to be dark, violent, and disturbed, so I think I’ll like it.

What do you think of the design?
