Lucas Film and Warner Home Video will be releasing the 22 episode 4 disc set of Clone Wars Season 1 on DVD and Blu-Ray on November 3rd 2009.

Included with the DVD is a 64 page production journal, 7 extended director’s cuts,companion featurettes for each episode
Exclusive to the blu-ray disc will be The Jedi Temple Archives which provide an in-depth access to extensive database of creative materials.

I’ve been a hardcore fan of Star Wars from day one when my dad took me to see it for the first time!I think we ended up going to see it about 5 times at the same theater that summer. After that,me and my friends would collect and then collect more and then even more Star Wars toys, comics and trading cards to tide us over till the next movie came out. And now so many years later and countless “mint condition” and “not-so mint condition” toys, comics and trading cards I get to enjoy what I really consider the expanded universe of Star Wars. Enjoying every one of the 22 episodes from the Clones point of view this past first season and now waiting on season two right around the corner i find myself enjoying my second childhood ,so to speak.
