23 Classic Animated Cartoon Intros

I’m feeling some nostalgia coming on.  I don’t know why but today I was thinking about all the cartoons that I grew up watching throughout my life, trying to remember some of the stuff I haven’t thought about in a long time. These shows bring back some great memories of being a kid. So I thought it would be cool to put together a list of these cartoons then I decided to add videos of the intro to each one, just to take you back to the good old days when we didn’t have to worry about anything except trying to dig out those toys from the cereal boxes. Now you have to go online and enter a code to get your free toy, what’s up with that!? And why aren’t cartoons as awesome as the use to be!?

Hope you enjoy reliving these as much as I did!

Wow! What a great list. I think Tale Spin has the best song outta the bunch. I can't help but dance. X-men a close second!

If anyone else was puzzled/weirded out by "Hero Turtles", I just asked Venkman what's up, and apparently that's the highest quality one that exists.

"Hero Turtles" is what it is known as in the UK. I guess they have some stigma against Ninja's in the UK. If anyone can find a HQ Ninja Turtles, let us know.

Yeah, who would have thought a hard R film would have been turned into a kids cartoon.

    YES! Thanks.

Makes sense. Britain being a pirate stronghold would be against ninja….given the war between pirates and ninja, that is.

It was the glory days of animated TV shows. We'll never see stuff like that ever again. Sad.

I am way old! mine were Scooby Doo, Justice league Vs. The Legion of Doom, and what was the Hannah Barbera cartoon with the olympic Theme? Also, Rubik the Amazing Cube (w/guest stars Menudo feat.Ricky Martin) and I caught Spiderman, when I was lucky and they had him on the "Electric Company". I was a teenager when all this stuff became popular. BUT, it was still on my radar. Cool list
