First Look At Ryan Reynolds In BURIED

We reported a few months ago that Ryan Reynolds next film project would be an indie film being directed by Rodrigo Cortes. The film is called Buried, and the entire movie takes place inside of a coffin, with Reynolds being the man trapped inside.
Paul is a U.S. contractor working in Iraq. After an attack by a group of Iraqis he wakes to find he’s buried alive inside a coffin. With only a lighter and a cell phone it’s a race against time to escape this claustrophobic death trap.
I love that Reynolds has taken on this project, he’s a great actor that is showing just how many layers he has. When he is done shooting this film heis going to move on to The Green Lantern. This little film, Buried, is sure to be an intense thriller. I am really looking forward to see how this story in a coffin plays out.
Rodrigo Cortes is a Spanish director who is making his feature film debut. Below you will find the first two photos from the film. Does Reynolds have whats it takes to carry a one man show? I’m rooting for him.

This will definitely be an interesting one to see.
As a member of the female species, I will be quite happy to watch him by himself for 2 hours. Gladly.

But on a less shallow note, I honestly think he can pull it off. Been a fan since I was 16, when few people really knew who he was and I've watched him rise to the top. So I've got faith that he'll do a great job with this one.
I read the script for this movie, and holy damn is it intense.
I absolutley think Reynolds can pull off the roll. He's a great actor.
Can't wait.
