Interesting Image of Laurie Stode in HALLOWEEN 2

What makes this photo interestingly confusing is that fact that Laurie Strode is the person dressed in a young Meyrs’ clown costume wearing a mask and holding a knife. Why is Laurie Strode is Strode doing this? It looks like there is blood on that knife, and a small little slit across the duct taped girls neck. All of a sudden this movie sparks my interest a little more. What has Rob Zombie done? Anyone want to tell us what you think this image means? Has Strode gotten into the family business of being a killer?

I imagine she's doing the old "trick the retarded murderer by playing dress up" routine. It worked on Jason in Friday the 13th 2 & 4. Why not rip it off and use it for the Halloween 2 remake?

I can't wait to blow my money on this piece of dick movie!

Isn't she just replicating how Mike did his dad in the first film?
Our baboon friend above prolly has the right idea.

Zombie said Laurie is going nuts in this movie (i guess that's how he deals with the fact he can't write normal people – he made every single character in this sequel either crazy or a ghost). She's doing drugs, getting laid like crazy, etc. Doesn't surprise me in the least he would make her kill someone.

    That's Zombie for you.

A shame his movies suck, because i LOVE the art direction and photography in his stuff.

I saw a screening of Halloween 2 a few weeks ago and I have to say that it was better than I expected. I thought the first remake was decent but this one was actually enjoyable as a horror film. I won't ruin what's up with Laurie for those of you who are waiting for its theatrical release, but assured that the subplots don't take too much away from the scary goodness that the movie centers on. (Oh, and the ending of H2 is beast.)
