I am not a fan of the movies but that ship is damn cool.
oh it's beautiful! I still haven't seen Prince Caspian but I've read the entire series multiple times… I can't wait to see this on the big screen!
I read the first two, on the third. Why on EARTH did they skip so many books??? They skipped the first and then the third. What the hell? They better have plans to get all of them on film. Just because the second book was a little more exciting that the first doesnt mean you should skip it. They didnt skip the fifth potter movie because the book was long and it sucked and we got over it! jees. And the people involved with this franchise would have made it really good too. They are pretty faithful to the books from what I have read. They fit my book to movie leaniency perfectly. (s.p. much? lol)
The books weren't written/published in chronological order. They are doing them in the order they appear in a lot of box sets. Newer box sets often release the books in chronological order, starting with the Magician's Nephew.
That's correct Joanne. The Magicians Nephew was actually written as the 6th book of 7. It was a bit of an after-thought of Lewis to have a "creation" story for Narnia. The Horse and His Boy was written 5th and was really a parallel story and didn't have much to do with the big picture. I'm glad they're filming them in this order since it is the way that Lewis intended to tell the story. The old set of books I have are in published order not chronological and I prefer them that way.
Looks like a float you would see at a G a Y Pride Parade, not that I have ever been to one……….Honestly!!!!!
don,t you understand it,s an island where all dreams come true
