Clint Eastwood and Matt Damon Teaming up again for HEREAFTER

It looks like Matt damon is going to star in a new Clint Eastwood directed movie called, Hereafter. This will be the second film in a row that the two get together on a film. They recently made a movie together called Invictus, which is the true story of how Nelson Mandela joined forces with the captain of South Africa’s underdog rugby team to help unite their country.

There are no details about what Hereafter is going to be about, but it will be a supernatural thriller in the same vein of The Sixth Sense. I have been waiting for Eastwood to move into the film genre! I’ve always wanted to see him make a ghost story and now I am going to get my chance! The script for the film was written by Peter Morgan who was nominated for an oscar for his script, Frost/Nixon. This film has some very talented people involved, and it should prove to be very good film.

Eastwood will also produce the film through his Warner-based Malpaso banner with Kathleen Kennedy. On top of that Steven Spielberg and Frank Marshall executive producers on the film, which was originally set up at DreamWorks.

    Really? A supernatural thriller?

High Plains Drifter is as supernatural as I've ever seen Clint. Yeah, he should do another dead man story. (ya, I know he didn't direct HPD)
