Super Street Fighter 4 Revealed

As the Tokyo Game Show comes to an end, Capcom released a teaser announcement video at the end of to showcase an actual sequel to Street Fighter 4, which they’re calling Super Street Fighter 4. The game will feature about 8 new playable characters, the only ones officially confirmed is the Tae-Kwando bad girl Juri and the Native American wrestler T-Hawk, both of which you can be seen below. The game will also have certain characters tweaked for more balanced play. This time around, each character will actually have two Ultra combo’s, except Gen because he will have four. The new game will also feature a better lobby and internet play session than the original game–mainly due to past issues with online play.
The nice thing with this game, is Capcom is not treating it as a price point $60 dollar game. They want to sell it cheaper because its actually an expansion. Not much other information was given, but Capcom has confirmed the game will be released spring of 2010, and I can’t wait to play it next year.

Eh. This couldn't have been DLC?
Well according to capcom with the way there engine works for the game its impossible for it to be used as a dlc.
Ryu looked like he was unleashing a Kamehameha (Goku-style)
According to Capcom, they're making too many drastic changes to the game for it to ever be released as DLC. Plus, if you own the first game, and this game, there is supposed to be a special "treat" in store.
