DOCTOR WHO Gets a New Logo

As you know a new Doctor Who is about to take over your favorite show, and it should be really interesting to see what everyone thinks when the show starts up again. Along with Matt Smith as the new Doctor comes a new logo for the show which was unveiled on the BBC. Steve Moffat, the new showrunner says:
A new logo. The eleventh logo for the eleventh Doctor – those grand old words, Doctor Who, suddenly looking newer than ever. And look at that, something really new – an insignia! DW in TARDIS form! Simple and beautiful, and most important of all, a completely irresistible doodle. I apologise to school notebooks everywhere, because in 2010 that’s what they’re going to be wearing.
Here is a promo video unveiling the new logo. So what do you think?

I used to watch Dr. Who marathons on public tv when I was a kid. Maybe I will watch again now that the Dr. will be played by a dude with the same name as me.
boring
can't watch video but I hate the new logo – lets hope the show makes up for the crap logo
Wrong Wrong Wrong Wrong..Wrong Wrong Wrong Wrong your wrong your wrong!
Not impressed. It looks too dated and uninteresting….while being way too blocky at the same time.
I dunno… the more i stare at it, the more i liked it. It's a little more "Here and Now" and but i don't love the colour. It should be all blues.
and yeah, can't watch the vid here either.
I love the Tardis logo, but I'm not crazy about the font used for the "Doctor Who" part of it. But I like watching the video and seeing it fade in and out like the Tardis. I'm definitely excited for what they're going to do in the new season!
Nope, I am sadly unimpressed.
meh, i liked the last logo waaaay more. this one looks really dated. though the tardis one is pretty cool
concept, yes. execution, no. over all… lame!
hey, it's matt smith in the re-TARD-is.
Every Doctor, until now, has had the gift of a silver tongue. watching M.S. bumble through interviews with lots of pausing and "um, uhhhh, yeah and like…." perhaps the new logo is thick and dull so as not to outshine the new doctor or the fresh paint on the brand-spankin-new 1963 police phone box. (that has been in that shape since another bad choice for a Doctor tried to fix the chameleon circuit in the '80s, roughly 400 years, as a TARDIS flies)
