Whip it star Ellen Page has confirmed that she will be in the new comedy starring Rainn Wilson (The Office) called Super, which is being directed by James Gunn (Slither).

After his wife falls under the influence of a drug dealer, an everyday guy transforms himself into Crimson Bolt, a superhero with the best intentions, though he lacks for heroic skills.

Page goes into a few little details about her role in the film as Rain Wilson’s sidekick.

Rainn Wilson plays a character whose ex-girlfriend gets into a sticky situation and he becomes a superhero, essentially, to solve the problem. I play a slightly eccentric girl who works at a comic book store who really wants to be his sidekick.

Let’s just say there might be some skintight yellow suits.I don’t know for sure. Who knows what will happen?

When asked about wearing a cape she said,

I don’t know, okay? I have to figure that out first. I have to go deep inside. But I think it will be really rad
