SPIDER-MAN 4 will have one Villain… The Lizard?

Marketsaw has busted out a new rumor regarding Spider-Man 4, and according to their “strong source”, The Lizard will be the one and only villain in the movie. We know for a fact that director Sam Raimi has talked about going back to the basics with Spider-Man 4. He’s admitted one of the reasons Spider-Man 3 sucked so much was because there was too many villains. So it doesn’t look like he is going to make the same mistake. One villain in the fourth Spider-Man film is the way to go, and it I’m sure that’s what we will get.
As for who the villain is… there has been a ton of speculation, and The Lizard has always been the one everyone keeps going back to. I’d love to see The Lizard in Spider-Man 4. But Raimi has denied it in the past, but perhaps just to throw us off. I guess we’ll find out if the rumor is true soon enough. Recently actor Dylan Baker confirmed that he will reprise his role as Dr. Curt Connor, the character who becomes The Lizard.
I’d love to see The Lizard as the villain in the next Spider-Man film, how about you?

The story for Spidey 4 should be based on Neogenic Nightmare from the 90s cartoon. The villains should be Lizard and Morbius.
i think doc conner should turn lizard, go nuts, and (remember in # 3 when pete gave the doc the sample of the venom stuff) hit the sample. then the stuff goes out and finds the other guy ( sry 4get the name) to become carnage

Raimi has said many times that he wants to build for the sinister six for the sixth film. So 4 should be the Lizard and Vulture. Then electro and karven the hunter or mysterio for 5. Then bring back Doc Oc Goblin (green or hob) sandman vulture electro and karven/mysterio in a all out 2part war against spidey
Okay, listen to this: In Spider-man 4 he has to deal with the Lizard and Morbius, and he has to try to cure his mutation disease which causes him to grow 4 extra arms. Plus, Adrian Toomes, played by Tobin Bell, Takes over Oscorp and finds Norman's secret room and computer. He finds out about all the Goblin stuff, but also finds files on an experimental bird suit. This sets up the Vulture for 5. And have Mac Gargan, played by Bruce Campbell, agree to an experiment funded by Jameson. This sets up the Scorpion for 5.
