Here’s a couple photos from Hammer Film’s thriller The Resident, co-written and helmed by first time feature director Antti J. Jokinen.

Shot on location in New York earlier this year, The Resident stars two time Oscar Award winning actress Hilary Swank as a young doctor who moves into Brooklyn loft, where mysterious occurrences lead her to suspect that she is not alone in her home. She discovers that her seemingly charming landlord played by Jeffrey Dean Morgan(Watchmen), has developed a dangerous obsession with her, resulting in a terrifying game of cat and mouse.

Christopher Lee, who co-stars as Morgan’s grandfather, teams up with England based Hammer Films for the first time since 1976’s To the Devil a Daughter.
