The Scariest Doll Commercial EVER!

This is just flat out disturbing. A creepy laughing doll and a bunch of giggling little girls is the perfect example that horror films can do without blood and guts all over the place. It just takes some creativity with clever sound and film editing to get the desired the effect. Trick r’ Treat director Mike Dougherty posted this video on his twitter page today and it’s an epic win!

    Yeah … I get it … but for all the 20 – somethings who weren't around before the world was blessed with video game consoles, the internet or even the perfected genre of horror movies, back when T.V. was the screen we worshiped, commercials like this were considered "standard data" in marketing … watching it now I think, Garbage Pail Kids, meets the exorcist, meets Chucky. But chances are this commercial was out waaay before any of that … or the internet … hard to wrap the brain around that and dismiss the data already introduced … yeah … I get it.

    Yeah I remember this commercial, totally gave me chills. How people, even back then, didn't find this disturbing is beyond me.
