Yet another new PRINCESS AND THE FROG Poster

Here’s yet another poster for Princess and The Frog. So we all know that this is Disney’s return to hand drawn 2D animation. We all know Randy Newman has provided original songs for the soundtrack. We all know that this is a twist on a classic tale. So what new information can I give you besides another regurgitation of the same image… absolutely nothing. Enjoy! Which is what you should also do when the movie comes out.
Disney’s The Princess and The Frog hits theaters December 11th.

I must strongly disagree with your suggestion that people skip "The Princess and the Frog." While diversity and inclusion occasionally takes on many dubious forms, Disney's attempt to have a lead animated character of color is both historic and long (LONG) overdue. People must give some level of support to Disney's effort to mitigate its past.
"The Princess and the Frog" comes from a "family-friendly" American company that has churned out animated protagonists in every hue but black (Pocahontas, Cinderella, Snow White, Alice in Wonderland, Belle, Wendy (Peter Pan), Ariel (a FISH), Lady (a DOG), Mulan, and Miss Bianca (a MOUSE). Black representations in Disney films, in contrast, have been relegated to crows, monkeys and hyenas – and that was only AFTER an earlier era of sambo's, hottentots and Uncle Tom's that were just "in-your-face" racist.
Even with this film, Disney couldn't go ALL THE WAY, and have the frog turn into a Black Prince, but some slighly-shaded, hint-of-hispanic Caucasian. But it's progress, just the same, and deserves as much recognition as possible – for Disney's return to 2-D animation, AND its effort to recognize a black lead character in a mainstream role.
Huh? When did I say that people should skip this movie? I said, "Enjoy! Which is what you should also do when the movie comes out."
We've been nothing but supportive of this film. Your comment seems odd… as if you didn't actually read my post.
