The Movie '2012' gets more Cast Members!

Venkamn here - Its looks like Danny Glover, Thandie Newton and Oliver Platt have join John Cusack in the movie '2012'. Roland Emmerich is directing. Hollywood reporter says:

"2012" centers on a global cataclysm and tells the heroic struggle of the survivors.

Glover is in talks to play the president, with Newton in discussions to play his daughter. Platt is in negotiations to play the president's chief of staff.

I would like to see Danny Glover  and Oliver Platt back in the main stream movie vain. They are both great actors and we don't see enough of them these days, now that the young pop stars have taken over. Columbia Pictures is doing the film and are planning to release it July 10th 2009.
