You know I'm not that surprised, but at the same time I have to ask why? Why does Columbia Pictures feel the need to make a sequel to "Ghost Rider"? I really didn't care for the first go around, I thought the movie was pretty awful, and for me it wasn't even fun to watch, everything about it like the story, script, acting, and special effects were all sub par. But believe it or not, the damn thing made $229 million dollars world wide. So it is obvious Columbia is making a sequel in hopes to make some good money from it.

Bloody-disgusting is reporting that Nicolas Cage will be back to reprise his role of stunt motorcyclist Johnny Blaze who gives up his soul to become a hellblazing vigilante, and fight against the son of the devil Blackheart.

I was not excited for the first Ghost Rider movie and I am not excited about its sequel. You know what would be pretty cool though is that if they somehow manage to make an incredibly awesome sequel. Ghost Rider could be a great movie if someone does it right.
