3 New Retro HOUSE OF THE DEVIL Posters
I'm really looking forward to the day I will get to see this movie. It is currently on Video On Demand and Xbox Live, but I am holding out for the big screen experience. The House of the Devil has gotten some really good reviews. The film was directed by Ti West and it's a homage to the classic horror films of the 80's. The film is actually going to play at this the Screamfest Horror Film Festival in Hollywood, which I have my ticket for. It will then get a limited theatrical release on October 30th.
The film stars Greta Gerwig, Jocelin Donahue, AJ Bowen, Tom Noonan, Mary Woronov, Dee Wallace, Mary B. McCanna and Brenda Cooney. The story follows college student Samantha Hughes as she takes a strange babysitting job that coincides with a full lunar eclipse. She slowly realizes her clients harbor a terrifying secret; they plan to use her in a satanic ritual.
