Courteney Cox reveals more about SCREAM 4

We reported back in July, that Courteney Cox will reprise her role as Gale Weathers in the new Scream 4 film, which is most definitely going to happen. She seems pretty excited about returning to the horror genre in Scream 4, the upcoming fourth fifth and sixth Scream films are being written by Kevin Williamson, who wrote the first two of trilogy of Scream films. Cox revealed a couple of details back in August,  and recently talked to the Associated Press about the film:

Real life husband David Arquette will also reprise his role in the new film as  deputy sheriff Dwight "Dewey" Riley, along with Neve Campbell, who starred as the Scream series heroine, Sidney Prescott.

Cox shrugged off rumors that Weathers and Dewey would be killed off at the beginning of the film.

They're probably back living in Woodsboro(referring to the small California town that was the setting of the first film). I think that he's probably still deputy, and I've had a lot of kids. I don't know. I'm probably miserable, and then I'm sure a lot of murdering will happen.

I don't thing Dewey or Gale will be killed off in the beginning, if it's any of the main characters it has to be Sidney. I love the Scream movie openings, they get you pumped up for the rest of the film, and there's something horrifically epic and shocking about them. I think the perfect opening for Scream 4 would be for Sidney Prescott to be killed off by ghost face. I guess we'll have to wait and see. What are your thoughts!?
