Will SPIDER-MAN 4 Include Peter Parker's Son?

It looks as if Peter Parker and Mary Jane will have a son in the new Spider-Man 4 film. According to Spoiler TV, the production is looking to cast a "2 or 3 year old boy to play a 2 year old, Caucasian with RED HAIR, an adorable toddler with an engaging personality, on set experience preferred. IDENTICAL TWINS ONLY."
The fact that they are looking for a red headed ginger toddler is enough to make us think that the kid they want to cast will most likely be the son of Peter and Mary Jane. Notice they are also looking for twins, that's not because they will be twins in the film, but because the kids will have a decent amount of screen time, enough screen time that twins will be needed to take turns shooting.
It is also suggested that they could be casting for the role of a young Cletus Kasady, who eventually grows up to be the villain Carnage. I doubt it though. If they did, that would be more of an Easter egg, cameo thing in the film and not a main role -- which sounds more like what they are casting for.

The more news that comes out about this movie the worse it sounds. They have a real shot at completely ruining this franchise which sucks because we will have to wait another 10 years for a reboot. If the main storyline isn't Spiderman/Lizard with much less Dunst screen time I won't waste money on it.
