Fan Film Trailer: The Hunt for Gollum
This fan made film actually looks pretty damn good! The film was made by 'Lord of the Rings' fan Chris Bouchard. He adapted 'The Hunt for Gollum' from the appendices of JRR Tolkien's amazing fantasy novels.
The full movie is 40 minutes long and he spent $3,000 to develop it. The movie will be released for free on May 3rd at thehuntforgollum.com.
The story follows the Heir of Isildur; the "greatest huntsman and traveler in Middle Earth" as he sets out to find the creature Gollum. The creature must be found to discover the truth about the Ring, and to protect the future Ringbearer.
