Who's looking forward to all these awesome Marvel movies! We have 'Iron Man 2', 'Thor', 'Captain America' and finally 'The Avengers' which is the film we are going to discuss today kids.  The guy working on the script is Zac Penn, this is the guy that wrote 'The Incredible Hulk', 'X2',  'X-Men: The Last Stand', 'Fantastic 4', and 'Elecktra'. So he's got some hits and misses. I think we are all hoping that he hits this film out of the park.

Apparently he had some problem working with FOX which isn't a big surprise. For example he said he wanted to include a few other characters in the last two X-Men films like 'The Fantasitc Four', but FOX was not feeling it. Here is what Penn says about working with Marvel:

"It is a world of difference; it is a lot easier to do things like that, and they encourage it."

Which is why they are going to develop some great films! He then goes on to talk about a meeting he has with all the other Marvel movie writers so they can discuss how they are going to tie all of these movies together for the grand adventure of The Avengers.

"They're doing Captain American and Thor first, and then Avengers is coming out. They want to see that they're all connected, not like the Fantastic Four can't come into the X-Men world, like I was told. I'm taking a meeting next week with the Thor and Captain America people, and we are all going to get together, and I will see what is going to happen. I'll see where they are leaving the characters; it's pretty complicated. ... There's a board that is tracking what is happening. [We'll see] how this movie overlaps in that movie. ... Marvel is autonomous now. It is night and day: Everyone has read every comic. They know how to make a cool movie."

All of that sounds great1 Like they all have it together. But then he goes on and say's something like this...

"It's hard to make a good movie. We all have the best intentions, and it still might suck."

Dude! Where is your confidence level at!? We don't need any negative vibes going into the production of this movie. It's like your already setting yourself up for failure! Now knock it off, your starting freak out all the fanboys and fangirls. We really don't need an Avengers movie that is going to suck.

What do you all think?
