Spike Jonze's I'M HERE Movie Trailer

Spike Jonze (Where the Wild Things Are) has directed a short 31 minute film by the name of I'm Here which is set to show at the 2010 Sundance Film Festival. We haven't had much to go off of this film except for the picture above, which was enough to spark my interest and see what Jonez has up his sleeve for this thing. I think Jonez is a fantastic director and I really hope I get a chance to see this film while I'm up at Sundance.

The story is about is a robot love story celebrating a life enriched by creativity. The movie is set in contemporary L.A., where life moves at a seemingly regular pace with the exception of a certain amount of robot residents who love among the population. A male robot librarian lives a solitary and methodical life — devoid of creativity, joy and passion - until he meets an adventurous and free spirited female robot. The film stars British actor Andrew Garfield (Boy A, The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus, The Social Network) and Sienna Guillory, one of Maxim’s 100 sexiest women.

This movie looks so incredibly interesting, odd and strange, I absolutely love what Jonez has created here. You can now check out the trailer of the film below and share your thoughts.
