New Image from SCREAM 4

Dimension films has released a new image from Wes Craven's Scream 4. This is our first look at the original three cast members of the Scream trilogy together again. David Arquette, as Sheriff Dewey Riley handling the situation, Neve Campbell as Sidney Prescott and Courteney Cox as Gale Weathers-Riley. Sidney has become an author, and she returns to Woodsboro for a book reading/signing. All hell breaks loose and Ghostface starts killing people again.
