According to Vulture Mike Myers will be taking on the role of Pepé Le Pew in a new live-action/CGI Looney Tunes movie being set up at Warner Bros.
Mike Myers has a talent for doing different kinds of voices so this should be a cake walk for him. The fact of the matter is none of these kinds of live-action/CGI films have ended up being very good. But, what can ya say? The kids love 'em and that's where the money is at.
For those of you who didn't graduate with B.S. in Looney Tunes, Pepé Le Pew made his appearance in 1945, the character is a French skunk who is always in pursuit of a black cat that has a white stripe painted down her back by accident. He thinks the cat is a skunk and won't take "no" for an answer, she even results to having to fight him off at times.
Yes, Pepé Le Pew is a creepy stalker who relentlessly hunts his victims. What the hell Pepé !? What kind of role model is this guy?
So what do you think about Meyers doing the voice of Pepé Le Pew?
