Update On Steven Soderbergh's HAYWIRE

Hey guys!  I wanted to tell you a little about one of Steven Soderbergh's upcoming films entitled Haywire.  The film is from Relativity Media and will be distributed by Lionsgate.  Haywire stars Michael Fassbender, Channing Tatum, Ewan McGregor, Michael Douglas, Bill Paxton, Michael Angarano, Matthieu Kassovitz, Antonio Banderas and mixed martial arts fighter Gina Carano.  The script was written by Lem Dobbs who wrote The Limey and follows Carano as a black ops solider on her mission to get revenge on her double crossing team-mates.

I have always enjoyed Soderbergh's work and I loved The Limey so I think that this is going to be a film I will see in the theater.  The project sounds pretty interesting and has been described as “if Alfred Hitchock made a Pam Grier movie”.

Haywire is scored by David Holmes, who worked on Ocean's 11-13 and will likely score the just announced The Man From U.N.C.L.E.  People that have seen the film have said it is very entertaining and that the overall tone is greatly affected by his score.

Does Haywire sound like a movie you are interested in seeing?   What is your favorite film directed by Soderbergh?
