HIGH SCHOOL 4/20 Red-Band Teaser Trailer and I Got Quoted In It!

TrailerMovie by Joey Paur

HIGH School was one of my favorite films up at The Sundance Film Festival this last year, it was pretty damn funny. It's only appropriate that a teaser trailer be released for the film on 4/20. After all, the movie is about a couple of guys that set out on a mission to get their entire High School stoned. This is seriously a funny classic movie that I think most of your will enjoy. Adrien Bordy gives one of the best performance of his career in this film as a character named Psycho Ed.

I guess this trailer would be considered a red-band trailer for the fact that the F-word is used repeatedly throughout it. But it does a good job of giving you an little taste of the tone of the film. The coolest parts about the trailer besides Adrien Brody's awesomness in the film, is the fact that I actually got quoted in it from the review I wrote for it at Sundance. This is the first time we've been quoted in a trailer, and I think it's pretty cool. You can read my full review of the film here.

The film was directed by John Stalberg, and stars Adrien Brody, Michael Chiklis, Colin Hanks, Sean Marqutte, and Matt Burke.

Synopsis:

So it’s the end of the school year, and smarmy Principal Gordon (Michael Chiklis) has suddenly instituted a zero-tolerance crusade against his nemesis, the reviled marijuana. A mandatory drug test for all students is to be administered, failure of which will result in immediate expulsion. Normally, this would be of no consequence to straight-arrow valedictorian Henry Burke, except he just tried ganja for the very first time. With his college scholarship hanging in the balance, Burke begrudgingly teams up with charismatic pothead Travis Breaux to do the only thing they can think of to neutralize this threat—get the entire student body stoned.

Now check out the 4/20 teaser trailer below and leave your thoughts about it in the rant back section!
