Concept Art from New RIDDICK Film

Vin Diesel showed off a piece of concept art from the next Riddick film that is currently in early development. Diesel explains on his Facebook page,

I'm a fan of the Riddick movies, and I'm excited to see how this third installment of the franchise turns out. Franchise writer-director David Twohy will direct the film from a screenplay he penned. This new film will be much closer in tone to his first movie, Pitch Black, focusing on the character of Riddick as opposed to the universe he inhabits. Pitch Black was definitly the better of the two films, so I'm glad they're going back to the basics with this next movie. Riddick 3 could end up being pretty awesome.
