I was lucky enough to interview writer/director Rob Masciantonio a while back (click here) and we talked about his upcoming thrillathon (is that a word?), Neighbor/ neighbor which stars America Olivo as a neighbor you might not want. This is going to be one crazy flick that you're not gonna want to miss and it might just give you a cringe moment or three. I'm all about the cringing right now! Talk about bad neighbors! Get it? I just made a funny!

This cool flick is making its rounds at Cannes right now and will be released (via Lionsgate) on July 27th on DVD so go get it!

Synopsis:

A mysterious new girl arrives in a posh suburban neighborhood and quickly sets out to terrorize the town. As she starts breaking into homes and torturing the occupants, they begin to realize that she isn’t just another girl next door.
