First Image From Frank Darabont's THE WALKING DEAD

Check out this first image AMC has released for the upcoming zombiefied series The Walking Dead. Frank Darabont is spearheading this project that's adapted from the Robert Kirkman comic with the same title. Production officially began today with all six first-season episodes written, produced and directed by Darabont, I'm sold already!

Plot:

The Walking Dead follows a group of survivors who are led by police officer Rick Grimes, traveling in search of a safe and secure home after a zombie apocalypse.
